Air fry the dough until the cookies are baked, and serve them up!
These creative vegan “chicken” nuggets are made with chickpeas. To make them, drain and rinse one can of chickpeas, setting the liquid aside. Then blend them with oat flour, garlic powder, onion powder, salt and a bit of the chickpea liquid. Form the chickpea mixture into nugget shapes. Then dip them in more chickpea liquid, and coat them in breadcrumbs. Air fry the nuggets until golden brown, and serve with your favorite vegan dipping sauce.
This vegan four-ingredient crispy tofu snack is so easy to make! Start by pressing and chopping extra-firm tofu into chunks. Season the tofu with soy sauce, garlic powder and nutritional yeast. Then air fry the tofu until it turns golden brown and enjoy!
