The drink is popular as a summer refreshment. If you are confused about the ingredients that are used in this sherbet, you’ll be surprised to know that it only needs two things badi saunf or fennel and khadi shakkar. You can also add some lemon juice to it.
Step 1: Soak fennel or badi saunf in water overnight.
Step 2: After the fennel increases in size, put it in a pestle or grinder
Step 3: Add khadi shakkar.
Step 4: Grind them together. For best results, grind them in a flat pestle.
Step5: The mix will start giving out a viscous fluid. Strain it in a glass.
Step 6: Dilute the fennel concentrate with water.
