Assassin’s Creed Infinity Fan-Made Video Imagines a Persian Setting
Last year, Ubisoft announced Assassin’s Creed Infinitya live service on its mega-popular Assassin’s Creed franchise that will feature new locations, characters, and more over time. Ubisoft has yet to show Assassin’s Creed Infinity gameplay, but a new concept video imagines what the game would look like if it featured a Persian setting and was built using the powerful Unreal Engine 5.
The video, created by YouTube channel TeaserPlay, shows an assassin exploring a striking Persian landscape. It features a large walled city, vast open landscapes, ancient ruins, a desert oasis, and more. Not much is shown about how the game would play, but it would likely draw inspiration from others Assassin’s Creed games, with a focus on parkour, stealth action, and more. The video chose Persia/Iran as the setting because it’s apparently one of the places being talked about Assassin’s Creed Infinity.

Ubisoft is expected to reveal the future of the Assassin’s Creed frankness during the presentation, but it remains to be seen if this will include both Assassin’s Creed Infinity and Assassin’s Creed Rift or just one of the upcoming titles.
