Reviews / August 6, 2022 / gouliatmiloud9@gmail.com / 0

Shiny Stones are a rare resource in let’s go which can contain a variety of minerals, such as tin, copper or iron. These materials are essential for constructing structures and other settlement buildings within the community. Occasionally, shiny stones may also deposit opal, a valuable mineral that can be sold for a high profit in Dinks, the currency of let’s go. These rare stones share similarities with Geodes of Stardew Valley, which are mineral deposits that offer varying values when opened. As a result, it will be very beneficial for fans to know how to find and open these shiny “geode-like” stones in let’s go.

Find and open shiny stones in Dinkum

Shining stones in let’s go can be acquired from Stone Nodes found in the Outback Wilderness. They spawn as rare drops, meaning it’s largely random if a player is able to harvest a Shiny Stone from a node.

Before let’s go fans can collect Shiny Stones from the Stone nodes, they will need to acquire a mining license and a pickaxe. The pickaxe can be purchased in the store for 1,200 Dinks and the license can be unlocked with 250 license points. Dinks can be earned by selling items to the trader, and license points are acquired by completing milestones. Once players have obtained these two items, they can go out into the wild in search of Shiny Stones. Unlike regular stone chunks, Shiny Stones have visible yellow streaks running through their rugged exteriors. Additionally, this resource spawns more frequently in the Mines. However, players must acquire the Deep Mining license, which unlocks the Mine Deed. This act gives fans the ability to create the Mines using the materials below:

  • Old keys × 2
  • Tin Bars × 5
  • copper bars
  • Bags of cement ×10
  • Old Equipment ×10
  • Ancient Gear ×1
  • Dinks ×250,000

After collecting several shiny stones in let’s go, the next step is to open them to get their internal resources. This effort can be made by buying a stone crusher from John’s shop for 10,000 Dinks. Once purchased, return to the player’s farm and place the grinder at any location. Next, equip the Shiny Stones and place them in the Stone Crusher to remove the excess rock and produce useful ore or precious opal. The process of grinding a single Shiny Stone should only take a few seconds, so players won’t have to wait long to receive their refined minerals.

let’s go is available on PC.
